トモ都市美術館 – 都市をたずねる112「渋谷で犬の散歩についていってみる」- “A Dog-Guided Walk in Shibuya”
3/28（土）にトモ美企画で「渋谷で犬の散歩についていってみる」をやってみます。犬さんの散歩を観察しながら渋谷を歩いてみようという会です。犬を推してるわりには犬を見ることの少ない渋谷では、犬の散歩をしてみるだけで非日常な体験をつくれるのではと思って、YUKHINXさんに相談させてもらいました！
ゲストガイドとしてYUKHINXさんの同居犬のモウくん（本名：アレキサンダーオブ桃太郎）にお願いします！ハチ公前から代々木公園のドッグランまで行って、別ルートでまた渋谷駅方面に帰ってくる予定です（ドッグランは登録制のため見学のみ）。
長年「犬は人間のパートナー」として認識されてきましたが、今回は「人間は犬のパートナー」という順番で考えられたら、、と思っています！渋谷の新しい歩き方を教えてもらえるかもしれません！途中参加・離脱OK。ご自身の犬さんと一緒に参加するのも大歓迎です！ぜひ！
On Saturday, March 28, TOMO City Museum is hosting “A Dog-Guided Walk in Shibuya.” We’ll be walking through Shibuya while observing a dog’s daily stroll. Even though Shibuya seems to love dogs (think Hachiko!), we rarely actually see them around. I thought just walking a dog here could turn the city into an extraordinary experience, so I reached out to YUKHINX! Our guest guide will be Mou-kun (Full name: Alexander of Momotaro), who lives with YUKHINX.
We’ll start at the Hachiko statue, head to the dog run at Yoyogi Park, and loop back to Shibuya Station via a different route. (Since the dog run requires registration, we’ll just be observing from the outside.) For a long time, dogs have been seen as “human partners.” This time, I want to flip that and think of humans as “dog partners.” We might just discover a whole new way to walk through Shibuya! Feel free to join or leave halfway. Bringing your own dog is more than welcome! Hope to see you there!

ミニチュアシュナウザーの穏やかな性格の子です。耳やしっぽを触られても嫌がらず、とてもおだやかに接してくれます。犬が少し苦手な方でも、安心してふれあっていただけます。

モウくんの家族で、アーティスト。 バイクメッセンジャー、写真、文筆、陶芸、アートディレクション、DJなど多様な表現を横断する。

渋谷で犬の散歩についていってみる会、めちゃ楽しい会になりました。「ハチ公前→代々木公園」というシンプルな行程に、こんなパターンあったんだ、、の連続でした。 そうは言っても花見シーズンの快晴の渋谷は、人間でも気後れしてしまう激混みで、小さな犬さん大丈夫かなと内心不安もありました。そんななかひたすら自分のペースを崩さずに歩み続けるモウくん。驚きながらも、救われる思いで皆でついていったのでした！ ハンバーガー屋、美容院、古着屋、コンビニと、すべてのお店に惹かれる素振りを見せながらも、富ヶ谷のFUGLEN TOKYOにだけは並々ならぬ執着を見せたモウくんを傍目に、今度この店行ってみようと皆思ったはず。最終盤、代々木公園を目前にして、10分くらい二の足を踏んだモウくん。公園に入るのがこんな嬉しいのは初めてで、自然と拍手が湧きました。
2時間の間に数えきれない発見を提供してくれたモウくんに大感謝。そしてこのツアーを円滑で愛に満ちた経験にしてくれたYUKHINX さんに大感謝！次は新宿でやってみたい！（不躾） 🐕🐕
The “A Dog-Guided Walk in Shibuya” event was so much fun! A simple route from Hachiko to Yoyogi Park turned into a series of unexpected discoveries. Shibuya on a sunny cherry blossom day was incredibly crowded—intimidating even for humans—so I was honestly a bit worried about the little dog. But Mou-kun just kept relentlessly walking at his own steady pace. Amazed and relieved, we all happily followed his lead!
He showed interest in a burger joint, a hair salon, a vintage shop, and a convenience store, but he showed an extraordinary obsession with FUGLEN TOKYO in Tomigaya. Seeing that, I’m sure everyone thought, “I have to go there next time.” Right before the finish line, Mou-kun stopped and hesitated in front of Yoyogi Park for about 10 minutes. I’ve never been so happy to finally enter a park, and a spontaneous round of applause broke out among us.
Huge thanks to Mou-kun for providing countless discoveries over the two hours. And a massive thank you to YUKHINX for making this tour such a smooth and lovely experience! Next time, I want to try this in Shinjuku! (just putting it out there lol) 🐕🐕
