1月18日は「東京駅から可能な限り本社を巡ってみる」をやってみます。 こちらは現在開催中の「バグスクール2024：野性の都市」における参加型プログラムです。
巨大なオフィスビルが立ち並ぶ東京駅周辺。ここには企業の本社が多く集まっているようです。今回は、その企業本社をできるだけ巡ってみます。何気なく通り過ぎていた建物が、実は普段買っている商品や使っているサービスの本社だった、、みたいな発見があればいいなと思っています。 13時に集合し、「バグスクール」の展示を見た後、外に出ていきましょう。2時間強のツアーで目標は8社！参加した皆さんで情報を出し合って、たくさんの本社が見れたら嬉しいです！
Tokyo Station is surrounded by massive office buildings, many of which are home to major companies. In this workshop, we’ll visit as many company headquarters as we can. You might be surprised to discover that the buildings you pass by every day are actually the headquarters of the products or services you use! We’ll meet at 1:00 PM, visit the “BUG School 2024 : Feeling Cities with Wild Sense” exhibition, then head out for a 2-hour tour with a goal of seeing 8 company headquarters. 17もの本社巡りおつかれさまでした！みんなで検索して、みんなで確認しに行くの連続でした！後半は「ここ本社っぽい」という謎のアンテナが発達していて面白かったです。あと自社ビルの本社はホールを作りがちという謎の法則も見出したり。最後はリクルート本社の41階から今日巡った本社を見て終了！参加いただいた皆さん、池田さん港さん、BUGの小林さん、石井さん、ありがとうございました！楽しかったので今度は丸の内方面でもやってみたいですね！（トモトシ）
We visited 17 company headquarters in one day! It was a fun and collaborative experience, as we worked together to search for and check out each headquarters. In the second half of the tour, things got even more interesting. We started to develop a strange but useful sense—like antennas—that helped us spot buildings that “looked like headquarters.” We also discovered an unusual trend: many company headquarters have their own event halls! The tour ended on a high note, with a stunning view of all the headquarters we visited, seen from the 41st floor of Recruit’s headquarters. A big thank you to everyone who joined and helped. It was such a fun day! I’m already looking forward to doing it again, perhaps exploring the Marunouchi area next time. (tomotosi)
