トモ都市美術館 – 都市をたずねる106「銀座の歩行者天国で、銀座の歩行者をやってみる」- “Choreographing the Perfect Ginza Walker”
トモ都市美術館では10月4日（土）に、「銀座の歩行者天国で、銀座の歩行者をやってみる」をやってみます。銀座通りがホコ天になる5時間、ひたすら歩行者として振る舞ってみましょう。以下は銀座歩行者天国のオフィシャルのルールです。
＊＊＊＊歩行者天国のルール 来街者に楽しく散策してもらうため、歩行者天国内における催物（パフォーマンス、楽器演奏等）、物品売買（絵画、商品等）、集団による行列・人集めの行為（仮装、のぼり旗、マスコット、動物行列等）、固く禁じています。 また、歩行者天国内の自転車走行は禁止です。自転車でいらした方は、押して歩いてください。 ＊＊＊
細かめの規定があって、ヘタに目立つ行為をしてしまうと怒られてしまいそうです。ただ今回はこのルールをある種の振り付けと捉えて動く、つまり「理想的な銀座の歩行者になる」ので、むしろ喜ばれることでしょう。銀座通りのお店やデパートには入るのはOK。ただあくまで、歩行を続けるために寄る（トイレや食事、リフレッシュ）という感じでいければと思います。
60年前にハイレッドセンターが清掃員を演じた、北海道新聞ビル（現ルイ・ヴィトン 銀座並木通り店）前に集合して、銀座の歩行者になるべく銀座通りに入りましょう。服装なりアクセサリーなりで何か銀座っぽいものを1点持ってきてもらえたら面白いかも（※ルールではない）。 途中参加・離脱可。どなたでもよかったら。誰も来なければトモトシ1人でやってみます。
On October 4, we’ll try “Choreographing the Perfect Ginza Walker” For five hours while Ginza Street is car-free, let’s act as model Ginza pedestrians.
Official Rules: No performances, music, sales, parades, costumes, mascots, or any other crowd-gathering activities are allowed. Cycling is prohibited — please walk your bike. This time, we’ll treat these rules as a kind of choreography — by following them we’ll become the ideal Ginza pedestrians. Entering shops or department stores is fine as part of the walk.
We’ll meet in front of the former Hokkaido Shimbun Building (now Louis Vuitton Ginza Namiki-dori) — the same spot where the Hi-Red Center performed 60 years ago — and then step into Ginza Street together. Bring one small “Ginza-style” touch (clothing or accessory) if you like. You can join or leave at any time. If no one comes, Tomotosi will do it alone.
